they still practice what the Attorney General of Texas charged them with as wrong. If you check the Better Business Bureau website you can read about this charge against them and read of their dishonest sales.

deceitful practice

I've heard people say they get good vechicles at Auctions. But if you don't know what you are doing STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUY MOTOR! I stopped to look at Cash Cars, but there was an Auction going on. I asked the first worker I saw if they had any good cars with a good engine. I was sent to a horrible lemon and told it was good. I was rushed through a process of signing in and they "held out" the car till I got there. Look I had dumb written all over me, and I was set-up. They next day I went to pick up the car. The owner has this calculator going and you have no clue. The receipt I was given as a Bill of Sale Purchase Order was written for $1,100.00 less than what I paid the man. Of all this calculating he told me I would get a print out after they finished the paperwork. That was a joke! It was a small line of numbers which the clerk pointed to and told you what it was for, not that it would have made sense but no I didn't get a copy. I did have about 4 small receipts all of which also made no sense. The owner is not sincere at all. He keeps saying he is nice but doesn't come across as that at all. He gave me the impression that he thinks himself to be above these people that must shop there. I sat there long enough to see him interact with a few others and he likes to be told "thank you". After the bidding when I won the lemon, he asked me wasn't I going to thank him. I'm sure you can find a much better Auction than this place. I DO NOT recommend you go there, but if you do - don't buy a lemon and don't forget to thank the nice owner.
