My technician gave me several options and prices; saving me money and I was very pleased. Great Service. I found the technician to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. The guys who came here were great.....competent, professional, timely, & friendly. It's guys like this who always make you my 1st call.

We are really impressed with the installation. The job was finished ahead of time and beyond our expectation. Your technician was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very well dressed (which was not generally seen from other installers). Your price was competitive. The BAM member price was also nice. Your 10-year warranty on all parts (not just compressor) and a 1-year BAM service were also a plus. We wished it was available from our old installer since our condenser system failed short of the 10-year period. We would give your technician a 10+ rating any time.

There are only a handful of services that truly have a staff that represent the company through the service they provide... Rare in this time.....thank you .... Keep screening your employees and hire the right ones. They are what make your company successful.

Sky was everything and more as far as giving information and answering

questions. He also spent plenty of time explaining the new thermostat.

Our HVAC technician was very professional. It was late about 8 pm-ish by the time he got to our house and I know he had to be tired and ready to go home to his family but he was just as pleasant and professional as he would be at 8 am. The reason he was late in coming to our home is the appointment was booked on a date that many of the other technicians were at some type of schooling/testing/class event so this created longer hours and more of a workload for the other technicians. He never complained about the extra work or acted like it bugged him being out late. He gave us some very valuable advice about our unit that we did not know. We purchased the house a few months ago so we were not the ones that had the unit installed.

Salvador is the BEST. He is so knowledgeable, so professional so considerate. My husband and I will always ask for him when we need plumbing work. Salvador is so respectful of your property. He likes to do the job "right" and you respect that work ethic.

Excellent professional service. Abacus tries to be on time and thorough with their "BAM" inspection program. This will be the third year we have used this service and twice a year I don't have to be too concerned with our plumbing and A/C issues. Abacus respects the client's property by wearing shoe covers to protect the floors.

I have used Abacus for a complete AC install before so I knew the service would be great. I'm happy to say the plumbing department upheld the high standards I was expecting. I checked with a few other plumbing companies and never could get a straight answer on the cost and services. My technician was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting the problem fixed (replaced gas control valve and thermopile). He also gave some suggestions (installed a whole house carbon filter system) to improve our plumbing/water situation. His work really looks good. My brother-in-law ( who was visiting) who worked for a construction company in their plumbing department was also impressed with Jason's knowledge and work. That made me a lot more comfortable in making my decisions.

My wife was really impressed! You gave use the best service of any repair company we've ever had. We've had two different technicians and both were excellent. You've done a great job in finding great employees that provide excellent service. Your phone and email communication was excellent too.

The technician arrived promptly, neatly dressed, discussed reason for visit, how he would report findings, and went to work. After inspection of both heaters, he proceeded to explain to us with pictures what needed to be done, and explained what may happen if ignored. He proceeded to make the corrections and finalize the visit. We are totally satisfied with his visit!

I've been without a dishwasher for over a year. We bought a new GE model; had it delivered only to learn install had to wait until a hot waterline-shutoff valve was put in. ABACUS scheduled the job asap, next business day. Was informed day of appointment, tech was delayed. Customer service kept us informed of tech's eta and called after final dispatch. This was fine because we were kept informed. Really liked our plumber, his skill and respect for the customer. Intend to request him in the future. Even the DW installer complimented his work! Words cannot explain the awesome service we received from this company, it was Christmas Eve-closer to Christmas Day when I called this company for assistance after noticing their ad on the internet, I wasn't sure they would come out by it being after hours & a holiday, however they proved me WRONG, they were amazing reassuring throughout our conversation our heat will be on, when the tech arrived he was very-very professional & explained in detail what the problem was and made repairs in a timely manner, our heat was restored in a timely manner, THANK YOU. I was most concerned with my 95 yr old mom not being warm since the temp was dropping, I am a loyal customer now!

As a first time customer, I was very impressed with all the personal touches of your service. I called on Wed evening, left a message on voice mail, and was very surprised when I received a return call within 5 minutes. Your company went out of their way to fit my repair appointment into their schedule the next day. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained what was needed to repair the original leak. I asked about replacing a shower head next month, and was extremely pleased that he had a choice of units right on his truck. In essence, I had two problems taken care of in one visit. What a nice surprise -- I look forward to using your company again in the future.

Excellent overall service. Learned a lot from the annual plumbing inspection. The technician was very knowledgeable and help install some water shut off valves for my hot water heaters.
