As usual, you responded to my problem regarding my thermostat and the technician checked it out for me and told me how to resolve it. While he was here, he did the HVAC check and changed the filter for me. I am always amazed at how fast your company responds and how courteous the attendants and technicians are. They make me feel special and help me feel secure about how my house operates. You're like family.

This company we can always rely on. Our technician is a definite asset to Abacus. He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in the HVAC field. He has a very easy going demeanor, and never once acted as if too many questions were being asked. He dutifully covered his shoes each and every time he came into our house. He respected our property. We are very impressed with him and hope if we ever have any issues requiring the assistance from an expert, we have the fortune of having his help again. My husband and I are extremely happy and satisfied with the work He did for us. What a relief to have someone so pleasant to help us, and a company that is so responsive to a customers needs.

I was very impressed with the technician's knowledge, courtesy, and their personal camaraderie. And from the time we first called, employees were very kind and thoughtful.

The plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable taking the time to explain the process he was going to perform. I was amazed he let me view the inside of the drain through his camera. He also provided us with some helpful tips about what we should only be putting in the garbage disposal and what not to.

The technician has performed work at my home before. He is very through and professional. He is also prompt and cleans up thoroughly when complete. He is also very courteous. One other thing I liked about him is he spoke very highly about the company and how long he had worked there.

They came in when they said they would and finished when they said they would. The installers laid a temporary carpet on the floor to protect the wood floor. The installer showed me how to use the new thermostat and told me when Jay came out to inspect their work he would show me how to connect the thermostat to Wi-Fi. All work was done properly. The A/C is about 3 to 4 times more quiet than the one they removed. There was some damage done to the sheet rock in the garage (small hole where something was dropped through) and it was no problem getting that repaired. I didn't have to do anything. I didn't even have to discover it myself. They showed it to me and told me it has already been reported and is set to be repaired at my convenience. They did everything.

In late May, or early June, Abacus Plumbing rerouted my kitchen sink drain line because the existing drain line had apparently buckled beneath the house. However, due to the heavy rains we received, unbeknownst to the technicians who performed the work, a small section of the new line buckled afterwards as a result of the ground shifting due to all the rain and was not allowing the drain water to properly flow towards the main drain line. Although I was unaware of the drain line issue, I was having a problem with standing water in the vicinity of the drain line clean-out cap, so I called Abacus Plumbing an described my concern, and within an hour a technician arrived at my house and quickly assessed the situation. Within 2 hours later, another technician arrived and did a further analysis of the problem and decided to run a camera through the pipe. First thing this morning, all the technicians were here and ran a camera through the pipe and quickly located an area of standing water in the drain that concerned them and they decided the best course of action would be to replace that portion of the line. Within the hour, the technicians and crew dug down to the questionable section of the drain line and spliced in a new section of pipe that was approximately 8' long. They subsequently leak checked it and also checked my irrigation system for leaks. Which, incidentally they did locate a small leak and corrected, but probably not enough of a leak to cause the overall problem of standing water.

My technician was truly the most pleasant technician that your company has ever sent me... he did a great job of explaining what I needed and being patient when I went with the "Band-Aid" approach of fixing the bare minimum. For now at least. He was timely, professional, and cheerful and was not even bothered by the cats supervising him.

Our technician was very polite and kind. I wasn't sure I needed the service call since my A/C appeared to start working properly after I called however, thought I'd maintain my appointment just to make sure. He was very thorough and determined that (after spending at least an hour checking EVERYTHING) there was a small issue. This diagnosis will probably save me money in the long run and also puts my mind at ease that all is more than great! Thanks so much!

This past weekend I faced the issue of a water leak in my guest bathroom, and thinking it might be a blocked AC Drain overflowing to that area, I had to shut off my AC and go to stay with family until I could get a plumber or AC man, depending on the issue. None of my usual local helpers could even call me back and when they finally did they could only schedule me for late this week. Wanting to get this fixed promptly, I got the yellow pages and picked ABACUS mainly because your two page ad with it's certifications and all is impressive, and secondly, I've seen your television commercials often.

I was extremely pleased with the professional manner in which you responded to my call for service. The response was outstanding and the work professional.   Your technician was very accommodating and insured that I understood my options for repair.  He also accommodated me by scheduling his return visit when needed around my work schedule. This is my second interaction with your company and I couldn't be more pleased with their professional technicians and service.

I saw one of your trucks in Belknap Brookside last week and stopped and talked to the homeowner who was having duct work replaced. She was duly impressed. This week I had an immediate need for your services as a career Realtor- I needed Buyer repair requests addressed. I am representing the Seller on the home you serviced today for the plumbing, tomorrow you are back for the electric in the AM. I cannot say enough about Jimmy being honest, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained issues and addressed concerns, in a manor that was clear cut and made sense. He was diligent in his efforts, and worked tirelessly through my laundry list of plumbing repairs. I cannot thank you enough.

The plumber did a great job diagnosing my leak problems in a hurry. He advised me what my options were to prevent further problems and completed his work quickly and professionally. I would recommend him and Abacus to anyone needing a good reliable plumbing service.

We recently had a major plumbing job done at our house by your crews. After going through about a dozen other plumbers, we chose you, because your people inspire trust and confidence that your company can do the job. You tunneled under our 30+-year-old house to repair several broken sewer drain pipes, removed a lot of dirt, and replaced the dirt, repairing the concrete you had to break through. It took more than a week. All your people were courteous and industrious. We have two dogs, and they were careful to make sure the gates were secured when they left the back yard. We were very impressed with all your people, from the sales/technical team who gave us the information we needed and followed through with our homeowners insurance company to the guys who dug out the dirt. You have customers for life with us, and we have been recommending you to all our friends. Thank you.

The plumbing job was rescheduled to an earlier time frame with the technician arriving when they said he would. He listened to my needs, developed a strategy and fixed the problem quickly. The area was cleaned and we were ready for the paperwork in very little time. He explained the warranty and left me with several other options for future work should I need them. I would recommend your company to any of my friends and neighbors.

Fantastic job!!! The plumber replaced the water heater, and installed a whole home carbon filter and water softener. He did the job competently and in a timely fashion. Everything I've read and heard about your company is right on the money!

Our technician came out to clear our main drain line last week and from start to finish he did a great job and was very knowledgeable and professional. He called in advance to let us know that he would be at our house in 45 minutes which he was. He stayed very late and completed the job and explained in great detail what the job entailed. He went above and beyond in following up to get the problem completely resolved.

I had called to set up the work to replace both primary drain lines and seal plumbers hub with pvc bushing. The job was completed quickly. The lead man showed me what they did and explained it. This was very helpful. The job was well done thanks.
