I was pleasantly surprised that a technician was at my home with in two hours of my inquiry. He was professional, friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. if the high quality of this visit, from start to finish, is consistent with other services Abacus provides, I will be a repeat customer!

I've used both plumbing and electrical service offered by Abacus in the last year. I've been super impressed with the patience and courtesy displayed by your techs. Each has carefully explained what they found to be the problem and correct steps needed to take care of the issue. But, they also explained what my options were which I appreciated very much. I will definitely continue to use Abacus services.

Our first time to contact Abacus for plumbing and we were so pleased with the quality of service. It started with a pre-call to let us know when the technician would arrive and ended with us signing up to be members. Chris was exceptional and knew exactly how to fix our problem. He was professional, courteous and respectful of our home. We will ask for him every time. We felt very confident that the job was done right the first time!  Thank you!  (And Chris deserves a raise!!!)

Our technician was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, patient, neat/clean and did an extraordinary job! It required some detective work and he nailed it! I can't praise him enough, he's off the scale on 1-10! Abacus experience was terrific. From initial call to follow up, they were courteous and helpful.

Antoine provided semi-annual air conditioner checkup. He was very courteous and spent time explaining what he would be doing during the check-up. While performing his work he answered questions and further explained what he was seeing. He also gave a great explanation of a potential upgrade we may consider adding to our system without providing a sales pitch. Great job Antoine!

Larry is absolutely amazing. He fully explained everything before beginning the job and then quickly, efficiently and professionally completed the task. He takes great care and pride in his work, and you can tell because his work, when complete, is almost like art; the wiring is so neat and organized. Larry is also very friendly and personable and it was a pleasure to have him work on our home. Your company continues to amaze us with their exceptional workers and work ethic. He was Great!! I learned a lot today . He educated me on what not to do & what I can put in the garbage despoil. He showed me what was in the pipes. Thank You ! He knew I was upset in the first place about why I took things in my on hands just cannot live without the kitchen sinks. I'm so thankful for his service.

We called Abacus in a frenzy after I accidentally broke the water pipe to our washer in our laundry room while installing our brand new washer and dryer. The technician arrived at our home and he was both extremely professional and just genuinely nice. He showed up to our house ahead of schedule and kept me updated and informed as he worked. He was very personal and turned a negative experience of a broken pipe into a very pleasant visit. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed having him in our home while doing such fantastic work in such a timely manner. If you offered 11 stars, I would give them to him in this survey! Thanks again!

I am a technical person, so I take a lot of interest in the maintenance / repair of our home’s appliances, and that means I usually watch so I can learn. Over the course of 2-3 years I’ve watched Tren’s technical approach to HVAC work. He uses the same methodology each time….one can see the mental wheels clicking through the checkpoints as he goes about his work. I am sure he has discovered a process that works well for him time after time, and he has committed the process to memory.

I truly appreciate the entire Abacus team! My experience with Abacus started years ago as a plumbing company. I am pleased to have A/C and electrical added. When I have needed Abacus, they have been there for "me" the customer. Thank you!

Calling Abacus Plumbing was the best decision I could have ever made. The technician was extremely courteous and very professional. He did an outstanding job tackling the plumbing issue head on with all the necessary tools and equipment while maintaining cleanliness of the area as well. I'm so glad I called you today! The plumber was extremely helpful and super friendly, and worked very hard through the evening. He was exactly on time for the appointment, and was very knowledgeable! Another technician was also here for a little while, and was also very very friendly and experienced! They were able to explain my issue with certainty - and how to help prevent it from happening again, and even showed me the video feed of the fiber optic cable in my pipes! I would absolutely recommend them and the company to anyone I know! Thanks again!

Abacus team always arrives when they say they will be there. They take the time to explain my issue and answer all my questions. They make sure I'm comfortable with what needs to be done and the cost before starting the job.

The technician was on time and immediately introduced himself. He listened to my issues and did not dismiss my distress. After checking to ensure that u had no other immediate plumbing problems, he fixed the issue fur which I called. He then checked the clean out and scoped the sewer line. He explained some issues that he detected and did not press me to act when I explained that I was not the homeowner and that I would share the problem with the owner to decide what to do. Before leaving the technician made sure that everything was clean and in order. I would recommend your company.

We are very pleased with all the work that Abacus has done for us. Besides the heating and AC, they have done some plumbing for us. They will always be the first people we call with anything that goes wrong at our house.

Mr. Rodriguez is a professional in every sense of the description. He told me what he was going to do and when he moved to another location he explained what and why and culminating with an out briefing that was followed up with an email of his presentation. Of all your service personnel that have visited, he stands out as number uno!

A very excellent call. I believe the technician could have done the instillation with his eyes closed. I could not tell that anyone was here after he left. I would not use another plumbing company. Abacus is number one in my phone book.
