Initial vehicle purchase was efficient and pleasant, but post-purchase support indicates shady business practices. Paperwork at purchase included submission for title transfer, which was likely falsified and which never came. In six follow-up calls made 3 months after purchase, I was ignored and lied to about the status of the transfer. I am not sure this car was legally theirs to sell. Time will tell as I pursue the title in other ways.
