This company is amazing! Deanie (one of the owners) transcribed 10 interviews as part of my research for a dissertation. Her turnaround time is fast and accurate. The interviews averaged from 30 minutes to an hour each. She didn't miss anything; not even a laugh during the interviews. I highly recommend her to others and will definitely use her services again.
