At first, I wasn't sure what to expect since this is the first time I have had a transmissions issue.I was pleased at how I was treated the mechanics Jerome you're the best! Car is running great. At first I was told my transmission and motor needed to be replaced and that they would take it down at no cost. I get charged labor fee of $600, he also tells me it's $2600 for a brand new transmission and motor, My truck sat up there3 months lost my job and had no more money after I paid for the service. I get my truck back in March around my birthday and it had to be another worker saying the last person I deal with no longer works there and that they just fixed the transmission. My questions was why did I pay $3200 for a used transmission, for the workers to steal things from the back of my truck, and why no one contacted me to let me know the business changed. My truck was leaning to the front and the transmission started to act up to where it slept my truck stopped on me. I WOULD NEVER IN LIFE GO TO THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN MY TRUCK, JOB, AND THANK GOD 2ASWITH ME CAUSE MY LIFE COULD'VE BEEN GONE TOO ..Thanks but no thanks unprofessional job they do and try to talk crazy to you.

completed my transmission installations in a timely manner within the same day process. staff was very open and friendly and informative on any questions asked. i would recommend someone and get other parts fixed with these guys cause they are accurate and good. thank you truly kena and crystal coleman

I have restored many cars over the years and A Plus Transmission is the only place I trust for a transmission rebuild or repair. They have always offered fantastic service, been 100% reliable and honest.

These guys did a great job on my transmission rebuild. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in Houston area.

I called a few transmission specialists for prices on a complete transmission rebuild. A+ not only offered the best price, but the quickest time. As I can't be without my car for too long, I opted to go with A+. I was very glad I did. They did a great job on the car, had it finished when they said it would be, and I've had no problems at all with the car since.

When my transmission seemed to be on its way out, I called A Plus Transmission for a quote. They explained to me what the problem was, how much it would cost, and promised to have it fixed within a couple of days. They honored everything they said. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone needing a transmission rebuild.

While in Houston, my transmission was starting to clunk and not shift in to gear properly. A Plus Transmission not only diagnosed the problem, but fixed it very quickly and very cheaply. They're a great transmission store.

I had my transmission rebuilt by A Plus Transmission a few weeks ago. I was happy with the service and the work.

When I needed a transmission rebuild, I went to A Plus. They got the job done quickly and were much cheaper than other quotes I had received.

A Plus Transmission specialist and took their advice about my car spark plugs. said they may have to be replaced it to avoid foul, or the engine is burning oil ..they found worn rings or valve guide seals.

When you want a specialist along Ashford, you can visit the shop. They got all you need, especially the staff. They will see to it that you get what you need.

I'm a fan of this shop ever since. Been here a 5 times. they are no overcharge, no other fess and all. i think this is the best place i ever had visited with regards to my car's concern.

I was looking for a good transmission shop to check my transmission. As I pulled in to A Plus Transmission Specialist, you could hear the clunking in my transmission. It was terribly embarrassing! The great guys from this company were very helpful and friendly, so that put me at ease a little more. Unfortunately I required a complete transmission rebuild, however, with the great estimate given, and the fact I love my car and didn't want to have to get another one, I just couldn't say no. I'm very happy with them and the work they did.

I am definitely not mechanically minded, so when my transmission seemed to be malfunctioning, and needed a transmission repair or transmission service, I called a few different companies. Unfortunately, my schedule doesn't permit me to have to wait for hours, so I needed someone who could fit me in straight away. A Plus Transmission Specialist told me to come straight in so I could take a look. Thankfully only a minor transmission repair was needed and they had me on my way with a minimum of fuss and delay.

I travel a lot to Houston for business, so I rely heavily on my vehicle to run efficiently. On my last visit, my transmission was playing up, so I called in to A Plus Transmission Specialist's transmission shop at Dairy Ashford to see if they could squeeze me in. They sympathized with my plight and took a look straight away. It was a very quick transmission repair, just needed some fluid and a couple of adjustments. They had me back on the road within 30 minutes and a very small fee. I can't recommend this business highly enough.

I was in need of a transmission repair while in Houston, so looked online for someone who could do a good transmission service. I'm no mechanic, so I had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle. I ended up taking my car to A Plus Transmission Specialists who were very friendly, and didn't treat me like an idiot. Some places do when you have little or no mechanical knowledge yourself. The problem was apparently very simple to fix, and I was in and out within 2 hours. They didn't charge me all that much either.
