It was kind of a place for me.I cant believe I actually stayed and got my eyebrows done simply because the place didn't look to sanitary BUT I was EXTREMELY desperate on a late Sunday evening. As I walked in it was clean but the place (inside) was a little run down. I gave them 3 stars because they were friendly, maybe because I was the ONLY customer in there and they looked desperate,and did excellent work for only $5.Also, I noticed they used new tweezers and a fresh blade, with alcohol, for the finishing touches.
