Horrible, all her nannies are horrible they are negligent and my kids school actually asked to fire one as she was neglecting the kids. She screws people over with her contract, stole money from my account as I had auto debit even after cancelling her service she kept debiting money. I will report all this to BBB as there was never a new contract signed or indicated anywhere i wanted her services. BEWARE SHE IS A THIEF. Also, she never gave me receipts or gave me any information to file on taxes. I will go with southwest domestic or any other agency as they are genuine and real. I have used other agencies before she is by far the worst agency ever.

From my first contact with Ms. Cecilia Kiser, I knew that we were in the right hands. She is highly professional, warm and extremely efficient. Perhaps most importantly, she genuinely understands the reality of what it means to find a good, responsible and loving person to care for one’s child. Throughout the entire process, we have found Ms. Kiser to be very organized and immediately responsive to any questions or concerns that may arise. Less than 24 hours after my initial referral to her, she had arranged three nanny interviews for us. Each candidate was equally professional, caring and experienced. Ms. Kiser herself is dedicated to finding the right fit for the families with whom she works; we have been very pleased with our new nanny and look forward to a long and lasting relationship with her. We had previously worked with other agencies; however, found that the quality of service from Ms. Kiser and of her candidates could not be matched. I have only the highest recommendations from my experience with them. Without question, we will be referring our family, friends and colleagues to this service.

Worst nanny agency ever!! These people made my life a living hell!! They require payment and make you sign a contract before you ever get to try the person you are hiring. If you don t like the nanny after you try her they will send you only one replacement. If that one doesn t work out, they want you to pay another ridiculously high fee to try any more nannies!! The women they sent me were unethical, lazy and had severe lack of judgement! One of them let my 4 year old autistic child run out of the house and if it wasn t for my neighbor outside, he would be long gone by now!! Stay as far away from these people as possible!!!!
