They were very rude when it comes to do warranty work. My signage light went out, and it has only been less than a year when they installed it. I called them and went through so much trouble to prove to them that it was installed less than a year. I tried to text them at first to confirm it, they never reply. When I finally called them, Tony shut me off by saying he will take care of it and hung up the phone. So unprofessional. I will never deal with them again for my other businesses.
