My search for a new grooming and boarding place is over! This place is by far the best in town. I've taken Gus several places and he never acted like he wanted to go in. We went here after a referral from the group at the dog park and was very grateful. He walked in and never looked back. His haircut was perfect and he smelled great also. They even sell the perfume they use!! Could only give 5 STARS instead of 10!!

Ohhhh my gosh! I took my poodle on Wednesday & next days he has the worst itch on his face they did his hair cut too close to his skin. If you love your pet DO NOT take them there. I am so upset with them I don't know why they would do that to something so loving. They are horrible.

Very grateful for the wonderful experience both my dog and I had with Dog House Pet Salon! Went to visit some family in Houston over the summer, but unfortunately they did not allow my pup in their house due to a newborn. Dog House was more than welcome to take in Lil' Tony into their establishment with no problem at all. Very respectful and very courteous! Thank you so much!!

I am one of 'those' mothers that treats their dog as their child, and my shih-tzu Lilly is deffinitly my baby. I tried thier boarding this past weekend before I would commit to my Thanksgiving reservation and I was blown away, not only by how wonderful all the staff was to me (I was a nervous wreck) but how well they treated Lilly. The receptionist gave me a tour of the facility, all the day care rooms are upstairs and they were so clean, I never once saw any accidents or smelled any for that matter, each room also had webcams which was really impressing. They showed me where she would be sleeping, and it was spacious and priviate. It was perfect. When I picked up Lilly she was outside playing with all the other small dogs, she was so happy and that made up my mind about Thanksgiving. I HIGHLY recommend them for boarding, and I can't wait to try out their grooming soon also.

I have taken my maltese a few times and the grooming is favorable but prices keep going up and up everytime I go. She is brushed daily so mats or not a big problem. If it wasn't so expensive I would recomend. But they are worth looking into if you have the money. They normaly charge me $20 more then a regular groomer.

we found this boarding kennel online and loved the add. we dicided to boared our beagel / boxer puppy there for 4 days and nights. When we got there to drop her off we were very impressed with how clean it was and how friendly everyone was. Our dog loved it there and was treated with respect and love. They even trimmed her nails for free. We loved the prices and couldnt find a better deal. On the bad note, a day after picking her up she got pink eye. We are assuming that she got it from there. She looked well feed and in good health when we picked her up. she didnt smell and she was very happy to see us.

this place is awesome!!I brought my 3 Jack Russel Terriers in there last week to try their daycare service.They gave me a tour and everything was so clean and did'nt even smell like there were dogs there at all and the kennel was packed.The girl that gave me a tour was very nice and informative.My boys got to play all day with other dogs and I could'nt beleive how tired they were when we left.They passed out in the car.My search is over,I will never go anywhere else.If you love your dogs give this place a try!!

I have been looking for a good place to take my Sadie to Doggie Day Care while I'm at work, and as soon as I walked through the doors I knew my search was over. There is no place in Houston like the Dog House, they even have webcams so I can watch Sadie through out the day, I LOVE IT!! The staff is so friendly and so good with Sadie, I decided to go ahead and try out the groomers there also, and to say the least she has never looked so beautiful when i picked her up. I have truly found the place where I am confident Sadie is in caring hands when I am at work. FINALLY!!!!!

Scheduled Limo for prom and limo never showed up. I dont recommend this limo service to anyone.
