ONLY good thing about 9900 Memorial is the location.. just not sure if it's worth dealing with the poorly-maintained units. You WILL at some points experience issues with plumbing, flooding and mold, among other things. I thought I had it bad until I ran into my neighbor who told me he had sewage inside his apartment. Despite all those awful things, management is my number one complaint. Think you have been talked down to before? Not until you have dealt with the people here. Also, crime is a problem as 3 cars had tires stolen while I lived here and a lady was robbed at gun point. But hey, don't believe the reviews, go sign up for a year yourself.
