Walked into restaurant after reading about across the internet at several sites. I was under the impression that everything was great about it. Sadly I was wrong. The restaurant had two sided menus on plain laser printed paper, however, only one person at my table of 3 had both sides printed. One of the persons in my party ordered fried calamari, and told the waitress we would need more time deciding on the entrees. The calamari arrived very quickly, yet served directly to the person that had ordered it, not placed in the middle of the table like any other appetizer. The waitress did not bring extra plates like most restaurants, nor did she bring silverware to the table, even though our drinks had arrived. I should mention that one person in my party ordered a glass of water with a slice of lemon, and no ice, yet only a plain glass of water was given. One person had grilled tilapia, which was fine. I had fried shrimp and fries, which were both overcooked. The person at the table that had ordered plain water had also ordered grilled oysters, but what arrived was blackened shrimp, which was the incorrect dish. Rather than wait for the dish to be corrected, the shrimp was accepted, but it was not very good. Salads also arrived at the table, however, we were not given the choice of dressings. The person that had overed tilapia had tried to substitute sweet potatoe fries instead of fried rice, but the waitress told us substitutions were not allowed, even though we offered to pay an upcharge.
