My roommate had used this company just two days before and said to use them. So, we booked them for today. After being a little late, we called (call #1) to see what was up. They explained the first job was running long. Called later (call #2) when they were an hour late. They then explained that the guy was on the way. Called again (call #3)...said he was on the way...didn't know where he was. Called again (3 hours late now...call #4) and they had cancelled the order because they called my ROOMMATE (who was is out of town) asking if the movers had come and he said yes because they did come for him...two days ago on a different order. So, we wasted the whole day waiting around and never showed. Never called us, we had to call them, and they NEVER muttered the word "sorry" once. Now, I will have to use different movers this week and use a vacation day. I had two other friends moving this week and immediately told them not to use them.

The movers stole our PlayStation3, laptop, and Tablet. The app wouldn't let me give them a zero, so a 1 it is. Don't trust these people with your stuff, it will disappear. The owner didn't care. Criminals!
