I had a very bad experience with this company. When the rep came for her first visit, she explained to us how it would work once we picked our blinds and shutters. She told us for the shutters another guy will come out to make better measurements than she did and that was all he would be there to do. She mentioned it would take 4 weeks for it to get made since it. The guy came to make measurements we discussed design and size and that was all. After 4 weeks I made a call to inquiry about where the shutter was. She told me an additional 3 weeks or so. The shutters finally get in way later than they told us. And what happen? It was the wrong color. I asked the shutter installer he said I signed a paper that said white not wood stain. I call the rep and she said hey you signed the paper. The mistake happened here. The installer said there was no color specified from the rep so he picked white. And he never mentioned this to me when he came out to measure and I never asked because I was told from day one all he would do is measure. Why didn't he ask? Also he said that the rep gets a copy of his order that he puts in with the better measurements than hers from day one. Why didn't she review my order to question why there was a color change? I admit I signed the paper but I certainly believe the hold most of the fault. They told me because the paper has been signed...there is no refund or anything they can do to help. This was days waiting to get a response from their management. My recommendation is to stay away from them. Or at the very least don't pay all of it upfront so you have some leverage if something happens. Good luck. Rick from Clevleand, TX.
