this is one of the worst cleaners i have ever experience. This cleaners is right in my general location, but i will never ever use them again. I put a expensive blazer in this cleaners and never ever seen it again. My boyfriend put a pair of expensive jeans in this cleaners and never ever seen them again.. the lady at the front counter dont know anything she act as if she is trying to help you, when she is buying time for the owner/ in hopes that you will forget about your item and go away. she will freely give you the owners cellphone # knowing he will not answer or respond. It took at least a month for some other representative to call back(from the owners phone) advising the owner only would pay 25-45 dollars for lost items regardless of the price.. foolery.. i will never ever ever take my business there in this life time... we will be exercising our right to sue..#see you in court....
