Willy's Brandon diagnosed a problem that Mercedes "experts" in Houston and San Diego got wrong and couldn't fix charging me got needless things. Unlike these other places, Willy's was also respectful and listened to the issues and symptoms.

My amp blew out in a severe rain storm a year ago. A few months later the battery started draining. It was replaced but kept going dead. I told the shop in Houston that water might be the issue, but they said "there's nothing wrong with your car!" I expressed concern that I would have to jump start the car everytime I stopped on the way to San Diego, and the owner said "that will never happen!" I asked if he had checked for a water issue and he said "I didn't flood your car" sarcastically. Thank god I bought a battery to jump start the car because every time it rained I had to jump start it all the way to California. In California I brought my Mercedes to another shop specializing in Mercedes. They didn't diagnose the problem correctly either and insisted it was the battery (battery #3). When I got to Louisiana the issues started again concurrent with the rain.

I had seen Mercedes at Willy's and thought I'd take a chance. In no time Brandon had diagnosed the problem, identified three stops where water was leaking into the trunk and shorting and ultimately corroding the SAM that controls the amp also draining the battery. And he didn't have to flood the car to find it just look under the truck cover and identify the water trails. THANK YOU BRANDON AND NADINE FOR TERRIFIC SERVICE!!!

I paid him $90 for diagnostic fee and did not get a list of the parts and labor needed to be addressed, he got angry when i asked for the list, all he told me was $1200 to fix thermostats and few hoses, i asked about how long it would take, he said 6-7 hrs labor and charges $85 and hour which is roughly $550 for labor and parts are around $150 but he does markup on parts to make his cut, this is a crooked businessman, HE CHARGED ME MORE THAN DEALERSHIP WOULD
