If you like seeing your bill increase every month without any notification or reasoning and not having your trash picked up, then this is the company for you.

Even a one star review is too high for this company.

The office in Houma is very unprofessional and at times extremely rude. The rates increase every month without notice (not just on the fuel charge) or a reason as to why. Hard to get anyone to give you a call back to resolve issues, such as; trash not being picked up, random rate increases, problems with their drivers (reckless driving, blocking business parking lots to talk to friends, taking trash out of the recepticle and throwing it on the ground before dumping the recepticle and then not picking up the mess they've made, etc).

Had problems with SWDI in the past, but since it was taken over by IESI everything has gotten MUCH worse. The Houma branch really needs some training in customer service.
