Had an appointment for them to come change a windshield at my house. They called and said they won't be able to come to my home but if they could come and pick up my car and fix it. Which was fine. They brought my car back to me and the windshield is beautiful then having that big crack. Thank you express glass great job and would highly recommend and use again.

Express Glass Prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. This perticular job takes from 4 to 8 hours and the customer refused to leave it with us. The windshield was not cocked, the car has blocks the windshield sits on. The moldings where missing screws which was removed by the paint shop. The doors on corvettes are known the hang or sang. We also recomended new weather strips and molding. We tried to work with this customer. He was just interested in a refund. It is not fair for this customer to write this review because we did not cause $400 worth of paint damage and it did not leak at all. Again We at Express work very hard for customer satisfaction. The Customer comes First! :)

I have used Express glass a number of times on windshield replacements but my last experience was the worst I seen from a professional business in a long time. Express Glass done over $400.00 in molding damaged, leaks and windshield was installed cocked. Cocked windshield was causing the door molding to hit the revel molding and cutting into door paint. They tried to hide the damage moldings and could not talk to management directly to correct problems. Thanks to one employee there who was in the middle of the problem I did manage to get a refund but still out over $400.00 in damage. I used Mobility Glass to correct the problem. Thumbs down !
