NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL and very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took two phone calls to get someone out to check our rental property's AC. He added freon and the tenant was told the problem and that he was going to give us a quote to replace the old parts. Never heard from him. A few months later, the a/c went out again and we called them again since they had already gone & knew what the problem was. Again he added freon and told us he would get back to us with a quote with in a week. Never heard from him. We called weeks later to see if he had gotten a quote and was told he would call back that day with a price. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM, so we figured they do not want to do the job. We also have called them for my home's a/c and Issac was supposed to call me and let me know either way if the motor he needed was in stock or if he had to order it. NO CALL ever came. I had to call the next day to find out if/when they were coming back.... and later Issac just showed up with out a call to let me know he was coming. No repair person should just 'show up' with out letting you know they are coming.
