I'd say never step into their door. My future may consist of heading people off! We purchased a computer. We have purchased several laptops from Sam's and there have been issues at time that resulted in a return or exchange. Sam's give you something like 60-90 days to return your computer. Best Buy however, doesn't share with you that you have 15 days and after that no matter who you talk to or how hard you try you are stuck with a purchase that doesn't suit you in the slightest. I have spent extended conversations explaining my age, and my problem with Windows 8. I constantly loss the screen and it was very frustrating. Who wants to keep circleing back to get to your page. Number 1: I called shortly after the 15 days. I was told to visit the Geek Squad and that they would meet my needs. What an understatement. I have gotten nothing but resistace from their staff, while the manager remained in the back and refused to see me. After a harrowing time of getting customer service on the phone the circle got larger as they claim they can do nothing. I have worked retail all of my life and never has that been the case. There are always exceptions. Today I again spoke to a representative from the customer advocate dept. who said surely they could do something. Well they got the manager on the phone and it's the same old song. The pitiful representatives keep repeating their empty "I'm sorry." when they do nothing to help me. Their customer service dept acutally thought she would help me by selling me something else. Not a chance! I will not buy anything from you and it will be mentioned when I hear of someone shopping for electronics to steer clear from there. The manager is not doing their job and neither is their customer service dept and do you really want to do business where your never right.
