Secretary plays on facebook all day long,has no idea what is going on ever. Owner is rarely ever around, leave day to day operations to his daughter, who spends 95% of her time shopping on qvc. Shop foreman doesnt do much at all except spin charts, nothing is actually rebuilt or tested. Old parts are used while charging customers for new kits. Workers are treated horible and orcd to work in unsafe environments.
