I love these guys, I was shopping for a good car for over a year. Car lot after car lot the salseman would piss me off before I would even know the price. These guys are more down to earth than all of them. And the second car I bought, they put it in the shop for me after it manifested a serious problem and went above and beyond their expected responsibility to make it right. Going back for a 3rd soon!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is horrible to do business with. The sales manager Chip is extremely rude and uses profanity that is uneeded or warrented. They run a scam business and always tells customers they can do what they want to because they have a group of lawyers who finance their cars..... BS the owner is or was married to a lawyer. Read all other reviews from other websites carefully you will see high ratings, but once you read the reviews you will see the owner going in and adding five stars to her rating and trying to tell you why a customer is unhappy. I would never never send anyone to the this place to purchase a car. There are so many options for dealers in the central Arkansas area and they have a much better staff and prices. Shop for your car elsewhere. Do not shop at Mr. Marks!!!!!!!! This place has overpriced cars that need lots of repairs. The owner claims to work with all customers well BS to that as well. If you are 15 days late on a payment and have called multiple times explaining you will pay....they have no compassion or understanding at all. They will repo the car and then try to claim in some way or form that you damaged their property. There is a reason why you see the same cars over and over again on their lot. The sell them to people, tell their customers lies, and them repo the car, threaten the customer with their group of lawyers who support them, and resale the car again to some poor fool who does not know how they operate. Pay close attention next time you ride buy you will notice the same cars surface on thier lot over and over again.
