Provided by YPmobileHorrible!!!! We went through them for our home warrantee for our dishwasher. The "technician" came out to fix the dishwasher, gathered a parts list then told us he would be back in two weeks with the parts to finish the job. He told us we didn't have to pay them out deductible until the appliance was repaired and the work order was completed. HE NEVER RETURNED! no call no nothing. Now we get a letter stating THEY are going to have our home warrantee canceled because we didn't pay the deductible.
Shady business folks!! And just an FYI our attorney will be contacting them over this!!
