I love the smiling faces and friendly service I receive each time I come by!

The buying process was nice. Other than that, the whole thing is terrible. This is a joke of a car lot. They sale people cars for double their worth and piece it together long enough for the warranty to run out. I've barely had my car a little over a year and it now needs a new radiator, head, AND motor. When I asked if I'd have to make a down payment on the service I was told no. I paid someone to drive it an hour and a half to the car lot and now they're saying I have to have 800 down just for them to start working on it. When I finally got fed up and told them I wanted to willfully surrender the car, they refused! They said they won't accept a willful turnover. It'll be like they had to come take it from me. I PAID SOMEONE TO BRING IT TO THEM! I hope someone from the company reads this review. Maybe something will get done finally.

Central Auto Sales is the place to buy a vehicle if you have not so good Credit. they were able to finance me alone with almost nothing down. They had so many vehicles to choose from the sales staff were great i Worked with Brian. He actually took my needs into consideration instead of just trying to put me into something to make a sale. they had a really easy pre approval process i was able to do over the phone so i could know what they could do for me before i even entered the dealership. i would recommend them to anyone their account manager are always available to answer and questions or concerns that i might have.

Best Experience with a used car dealership! Every step of the process was simple and not over-bearing. Financing was phenomenal! I highly recommend this business if your searching for a great, reliable car!

Everyone seemed very nice, but the prices on cars are outrageous. They wanted 16,000 for a 2009 altima that was dinged up. Very unhappy about that, it bluebook for 8,500 for dealers. I found a 2014 for 14,000 a few months after saying no. Do npt buy a car from here. Over priced and friends have said they are in the shop often.

This company practices are unethical and unprofessional. I have attempted numerous times to get them to remove their credit listing on my credit report WITH a court order and they REFUSE. I have filed complaints with BBB and filing complaints with Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission. My next and only action is file a law suit.

I am not one to write reviews, but I had to for this dealership. I bought a car that was 4 years old. I had to ask them with in a week to fix the SRS light that came on and to change my breaks and a tire that were making noise. The sound never went away. They told me the sound was because my brakes needed to brake in. I drive 20 miles a day for work. With that in mind about 5 months later I had a blow out that took my bumper off and damaged several places in my ca.r. Thank God my child was not in the car! I barely got pulled all the way off the highway! I called the dealership the next day told them what had happened and they refused to do anything about it. i had gone in the day before the blow out and told them I went to a mechanic and they found broken belts in the tire and found a plug. I was told the tires were new and they had changed that tire a week after I bought it.

I had the car repaired and when I went to pick my car up they told me two other tires were bad and needed them replaced immediately or I would have another blow out. The dealership would not change any of the tires! If they cant even sell me a car with decent tires they should NOT be in business! I pay to much a month to feel unsafe in my car. It was not only one bad tire, but three. They tried telling me it was my problem and it was 5 months since I purchased the car. My other car same make has used tires. I have had them over a year and never had a problem!

If there was more than five stars they would get them hands down! If you a shopping for a dependable used car do yourself a favor don't waste your time by going anywhere else, this is by far the best place to go we have bought upwards of 8 cars from Mike and his staff always professional always willing to help you get into a car that fits your budget, ask for Roger or Jim they will do you right Melissa W.

I just purchased a 2003 Hyundai Sonata at Central Auto Sales 2 days ago and the experience was unbelievably great!! I was there maybe an hour, had fun with everyone I interacted with and drove away in my car that I already love. I was in a bad situation with a brand new car that I was talked into buying and had it repo'd and they made me feel so comfortable about my situation. I had wasted 2 days with a well known car lot that says they will get you driving easy and that was a horrible experience and I will never go back there. They are there to help you no matter what your situation and I encourage anyone needing a vehicle to please check with them! Thank you Central Auto Sales!!!

went there to look for a car. customer service was great but the prices on the vehicles are outrageously over priced. they want more than Kelly blue book value for retail and approx 3,000 more than other used car lots lol....not for me.

In 2009 I bought a car from Central Auto Sales.From my first interaction with sales personnel,to everyone in the office,the entire staff was wonderful! They always had time for me and always answered any questions I had.My purchase was a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport and all I can say is I never had a single problem with it.It was the most dependable used car I had ever driven and as a single mom,I felt very safe driving in it with my young son.I would and have numerous times recommend Central Auto Sales to anyone looking for a good used car and dealership.
