They came and were supposed to "fix" my heating and air unit that had stopped working. At first we were very pleased and happy to have AC back during summer until we found they caused way more expensive issues than the first issue of the unit not working at all, issues include: flooding of my attic caused by condensation on attic unit and duct work into drain pan, pump not working still, which then overflows and drains down one of my duct holes causing my middle bedroom closet to flood, which had now caused mold to start growing in the walls of the middle bedroom closet, and space between ceiling and attic floor. We've had our unit for 9 years and NEVER had this problem, until they came and " fixed " our heat and AC. Tonight at approximately 3am it floods again, yet they have been back out for this issue of flooding at least 3 times and we've had to pay them each time for the repair which was their mess up, which their "fix " was adding from what I saw, duct tape to the duct work which I have pictures of. We are supposed to be calling them back for them to come back out to fix the same issue they've been out for at least 3 tonnes now, yet an issue we've never had for the 9 years we've had our unit until they came and "fixed" my AC and heat and they once again expect us to pay for the repairs they caused. I WILL NOT be paying them this time for their services and they WILL be paying for the repairs to my closet walls and space between attic and ceiling, and any other water related issues causing mold, which now I can smell growing in closet. I DO NOT AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, and if you're considering them, please reconsider. They have costed us money we haven't had to spend on a repair mistake they caused. I recommend Daniels heating and air who 9 years ago put my units in and they were amazing, should have gone with muy guy and used them, at least then I'd be assured the original repair would have been done correctly!
