EXCELLENT service. Dave and Charlie were my technicians. They fixed my oven and it works perfectly again.

Hemi’s promptly came out to look at my broken dryer and quickly determined the cause, placed an order for the part, and came back to fix it as soon as the part arrived. They were very good at explaining what happened and seemed very knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone needing an appliance repaired.

J.D came out too my house the day before Easter when my oven broke and everyone else was too busy to come out. Although he was very backed up he came at 8 pm because it was an emergency! He was very professional and really new his stuff. I would only recommend Hemi's Appliance Repair for now on.

My experience with Kevin and Hemi's Appliance repair was extremely positive. Kevin came quickly after our initial call. He diagnosed my issue accurately based on a video I sent him from my phone, came with the right parts and did a little extra while on-site to ensure my washer and dryer were operating properly. I will call Kevin again for my appliance repair services.

I highly recommend Hemi’s Appliance Repair. Kevin, the owner, did an initial assessment by phone based on my explanation (gas oven service), promptly scheduled the service appointment, called ahead and showed up on time, is knowledgeable, competent and tidy, did not suggest any unnecessary work, was very thorough (did a comprehensive service check and did not short cut anything), came equipped with any/all parts needed to get the job done that day, and his fees were very reasonable. I will definitely work with Kevin in the future for any maintenance and/or repair work for my home.

I contacted Hemi's because I was unhappy with my last repair company who were late, unkempt and rude. I emailed them and to my surprise, received an email back pretty fast. We made an appointment and Kevin showed up after a quick call telling me he was arriving. He was on time, in a clean, professional looking truck and a smile on his face. He fixed our ancient clothes dryer which was not heating up anymore and gave me great advice on getting a part for the matching ancient washer which needs a new timer. GE does not make the part anymore so he suggested finding a part online and gave me the part number. He offered to come back and put the timer in so that I don't have to waste money on a new washer (not a fun expenditure). I highly recommend Hemi's and will use them again for sure.

I called Hemi’s to repair my refrigerator after reading seven five-star reviews in the Yellow Pages. Kevin responded to the service call. He was available for same-day service and within 45 minutes after placing the call was working with the appliance. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a quote in writing. The pricing was very reasonable. He replaced the damaged part and repaired the appliance the same day. My experience with Hemi’s far exceeded my expectations and definitely lived up to the experiences expressed in the previous five-star reviews.

I based my decision to use Kevin at Hemi's Appliance Repair on the reviews I saw in the Yellow Pages ad online. I'm really glad I did. Every review was positive and he received five stars from everyone. I have to agree. I called on a Monday afternoon and Kevin said he'd be at my home between 9 and 11 a.m. He called ahead of time, gave me a 45-minute heads up and was here at 10. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer, gave me an estimate for the repair and promptly did the job. The dryer works like a charm. His prices were extremely reasonable and much cheaper than another service I spoke with. Kevin is friendly, professional and reliable. I'd recommend him and his company to anyone!

I was recommended to Hemi's from a friend. My oven had stopped working and of course we were having people for dinner the next night (Sunday). I called around 8:00pm and spoke with Kevin, he was very nice and said he could be there first thing in the morning between 7:30 and 8:30. He showed up at 7:35 and we were back up and running well before lunch! He went over what he fixed/replaced so i understood the charges and gave me an excellent price! I would highly recommend him to any friends or family!
