Provided by YP.comThis was my first time using this UPS store to ship a very important package and man did they screw it up! My package was sent to the wrong location due to a label swap. Not a single person working at this location was of any help...in fact they continually made mistakes as they cluelessly fumbled along to fix the problem. On top of this they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. My package finally made it to its destination after being shipped to practically every state on the east coast. I will NEVER use this store to ship a package ever again, it's been nothing but one giant headache.
