They got my order wrong as usual this place is being mostly managed by kids, when I told them things were missing they argued it was right and told me a manager was taking care of it, then brought me a receipt showing the order which wasn't even mine then I had to go in and show them that I was in the tight by repeating my whole order then they found my receipt only to see I was right, Horseheads needs to get it together cooperate step it up and get adults managing again

very unprofessional... I placed an order for my child then heard the order person making fun of it... apparently she forgot her mic was still on... I have never ever experienced this... I was very disappointed & my daughter was hurt, she was being made fun of...

I ordered my food at the drive through and when I went home I saw that they had messeed up my order. I drive all the way back and complained and they just said very arrogantly to just give me a refund. When I asked them if giving me a refund would just make things ok, the girl at the counter yells at me pointing fingers and almost swearing in front of my 5 year old son. I tried to point out to them why any one would want to use the drive through if they have to come back, park and walk back into the restaurant to tell them that they messed up he order. makes no sense to have a drive through..they apologized just to get it over with. The staff is arrogant and unfriendly and doesn't really seem to understand customer satisfaction.

I waited 30 minutes in line at this mcdonalds and when I asked to speak with the manager he(the manager) told me to shut up and leave because I complained because it took so long
