This is my 3rd maybe 4th time coming here and yet again I was treated with such good customer service. Laura or Nora the new girl is great. She is super friendly and helpful. They took the time to box up my mother's day gift. I was in and out. This place is awesome. Great prices, all kinds of services provided, and wonderful employees

Lady does not understand the meaning of customer service. She yelled at my child then at me to keep my child under control since he bumped the extremely weak computer desk. Then she demanded 10 minutes worth of pay for use of the computer which did not provide any service since it was unable to open up a file of mine and the computer was freezing. I refused to pay for a service that was not provided and she called the cops on me. The lady has been extremely rude in every interaction, to where I have already avoided going to this postal works. I hesitated in going today but I ended up going. Biggest mistake. She has no business in a business where customer service is key. DO NOT GO. The drive to the east side is worth not being treated with such rudeness and contempt.

Quite handy to have this place in HC (which is annoyingly far from El Paso), but on the downside, it smells like a Juarez urinal. Some strategically placed Scentsy machines - with aromas of 'Blackberry Orange Marmalade' wafting - might alleviate the sinister stench. Anyways, great job guys and dolls!

I have been traveling quite a bit the last 8 years and finding a good a deal and people to work with is difficult at times. However I met Art and was immediately impressed with his positive and professional attitude. I was seeking a box rental to receive packages and mail at a reasonable price and with Art and the Postal Works fond more than expected! His monthly box fee is the lowest in any state I have lived the last 8 years and where to receive a package is an additional fee Art's is included. Him and his staff have been most helpful and always friendly and accommodating.
