I called around and no one could help me fix the mess my hair was in...I had some bad dye jobs but wanted to do foil highlights! I have thick hair and needed it thinned correctly too. Everyplace I called said "nope" until I got to Hair Concept! They gave me Nancy's number. Not only was she brave enough to take on a challenge...she knew what she was doing! She did an awesome job and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!! Thanks Nancy!! C
