Dr. Furness is such a caring and knowledgeable Vet. I trust him with anything that comes his way. I know my animals are in capable hands.
The first time he met my sweet Rosie he kissed her. Now that is a Vet. you'd like.

Upon moving to the area, Dr Furness was recommended. I went and was very satisfied. THEN I heard an unfavorable review, so next time I needed I went to another local vet where I was over charged and not very impressed with information given. When time came for another vet need, I went back to Apple Tree and was again happy with the service. Dr Furness is extremely kind and compassionate, and more than reasonable with prices. Thank you Dr Furness!

Best Damn Vet Around! I had a few people tell me how great he was! Took my rescue pup to him and he gave her a full physical and didnt charge me a dime! He said because shes a rescue he couldnt in all good conscience charge me for saving a life! He cares about the animals he sees NOT ABOUT THE MONEY! I will continue to take my pets to him and hopefully that will be for a very long time! Im also spreading the word to others. Word of the mouth goes a long way and I will definitely bring him some more patients. Other Vets could learn a thing or two from this very kind caring and compassionate gentleman!

I almost lost my four month old pug due to the vet. He injected two shots into this small breed, which according to the emergency center in Concord CAVES, you really shouldn't do. Thankfully I had a afterwork appointment. She had a reaction to the two combined shot and almost die. Had the appointment been in the AM, I would have gone to work and come home to a dead dog... This vet should have at least told me of the possible risk of two shots in such small breeds. I would never go back and suggest you find an alternative in Concord or Henniker.
