Got oil delivered in September (last Month) - price on the delivery slip was $4.69. Called office and spoke to someone about why so high of a price. In minutes was told it is a mistake - it is actually $4.39. Again asked why it was still so high. After some discussion ended up at $3.89. I checked and this price was still above the rate being charged by many other companies in the area. As you can guess I am no longer a customer.

Terry Oil is a poor excuse for a legitimate business. They messed up my bill numerous times, in fact every single time! They sent me bills saying the amount due was $0.00, they kept charging me late fees after i had already closed out the account and set up a payment plan with them even though i payed on time. Also many of the workers answering the phone were completely rude and acted as if it was the most difficult thing in the world to just fix what they had messed up for me from the beginning. They are unhelpful, unorganized, and obnoxious. I would certainly NOT recommend using them in the future. If they could have a zero star rating I'd give it to them!
