Worst place to purchase a gift! My wife bought me a cigar lighter to replace the one i had lost only i had already replaced it. I figured i'd return in for store credit and purchase some cigars. I was wrong. They said that i couldn't return it and that i should keep it as a novelty item. What?! Eventually i was offered $10 in store credit for something my wife paid $23 for... inexcusable. Will never shop here again and would never recommend this shop as their service sucked and the owner was completely rude during the whole process. Merry Christmas to you too!

Received a gift for Christmas. Didn't need it, so tried to return for store credit but was denied! Owner was inexcusably rude to a customer who just wanted to continue business with him. Don't buy from this business as they are the worst tobacco shop in the twin cities!Sincerely,Another lost custmer
