SCS offers a broad array of low cost services, including professional care coordination, caregiver support groups, Eldercare Partners caregiver coaching and counseling, and CareNextion caregiver websites, Medicare and health insurance counseling, senior partners care, homemaking, home maintenance and chore services, meals on wheels and programming at six senior centers.
