The $54 cleaning job done on my $400 bag was not satisfactory so I sent it back to be redone. After waiting 5 weeks total (because it had leather pieces on it) it came back a little bit cleaner but damaged. Talking to the manager only brought an accusing finger pointed at me for signing the paper and releasing the bag to them. After calling the district manager for two weeks without a phone call back, there was nothing they could do because I signed the paper releasing all my rights. It's not about the money, but about the lack of customer service in such a competitive enviroment. I wanted some acknowledgment for the damage and a simple apology. I wanted them to want my business and own up to their mistakes. They have absolutely lost my business.

Avoid this place at all costs. They have lost shirts of mine several times, and I finally got tired of it. Low-level staff, rude people, overpriced services. They have a hard time getting anything right.
