engraved 2 pieces I brought in after realizing they couldn't engrave on it. Ended up costing me more than I was quoted and now I'm out two glass pieces I paid for and they were not willing to adjust the extra fees. Disappointed with the owners customer service and he had no intention of caring if I was at all satisfied. Would drive to a different trophy shop to get the customer service you deserve when paying as much as it costs to engrave as it does at this place. Disappointed to see customers aren't there priority.
