They charged my credit card without athorization and could not explain charges, beware report all incidents to BBB and your local county attorneys office and watch your statements - they claim that they cannot find any orders.

Ripped off. I've been charged for something I never received for the last 5 years

As above, all my details are incorrect so never received anything. Now can't even find an email address for this company. Have tried various avenues without luck. Written in their contact is a very cute provision that I have to contact them to cancel the auto-renewal.Totally hopeless.

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. This company contracts for Microsoft as a download hub. When you have problems downloading the products from their servers, there is no way of getting support. They offer webmail form, but do not offer any phone numbers or online chat. I actually had to come to the white pages to find the number. When I called them, they told me that it wasn't their problem it must be my computer and sent me to Microsoft. Where Microsoft tells me that since I purchased the product and downloaded it from Digital River they could not assist me with any download issues. That was Digital Rivers problem. After more than 8 phone calls to both MS and DR, DR finally tells me that it was a server error and they would call me in 30 minutes to let me know where the problem stood. I ended up calling back over an hour later for them to tell me they sent the problem to MS and that MS would be calling me in 2-4 hours, it's 9pm now. So, guess no sl

I would advise that you watch ordering anything from this company.Once you give them your credit card number, you can be billed other charges, at any time.I ordered Broderbund software, & it was billed thru them, then 2 mos. later I was charged 3 times, for $31.31.this is the 2nd time that this has happened to me.Forget trying to get anything taken care of,I was told that if the cc # was good, the charges would be valid.SO, my next move is to get with the BBB,and issue a report with them.If you call the toll free #,you will get a foreigner, that barely understands English, let alone can understand your problem. It's a shame that Broderbund does their billing thru them.I called the corporate headquarters, and finally talked to an American. She promised the charges would be taken off,but could not promise that it wouldn't happen again. They need to get stronger privacy control over their CSR's.Somebody in their company is stealing cc #'s.Corporate headquarter's # is listed on White Page. "Beware"

I ordered MS office 2007 a month ago and downloaded it. My credit card was charged. Today, a month later, a message popped up when i opened MS Word: "this version will expire on April 30, 2009". That was the expiration date of the trial version that came with the new computer. By purchasing the product I (and most everybody) would think the download would update/remove the trial version. Go figure!!

Do not do business with this company. I tried to do a download, and it failed several times. I tried to contact the company, but they will not respond to emails and have no listed phone number anywhere, including in the local white pages directories.
