We are new homeowners in Beacon, and we called Luke to fix an unexpected leak as well as to take care of some more significant issues we were told about during our inspection. Luke gave us a clear assessment of the scope of work and price prior to our agreeing to hire him. He did the work with great efficiency, explained whatever we asked him to explain, and showed remarkable respect for our house. Then, on New Year's Eve, when the heat went off throughout the house, Luke came over within ten minutes of my leaving him a voice-mail message. He fixed the problem in under an hour. This is exactly the kind of professional we were hoping to find here--trustworthy, smart, fair, and honest. Can't recommend him enough.

Luke is the kind of plumber everyone would like to have. He is honest, reliable and goes out of his way to make sure you understand the work and are satisfied. Two years ago he replaced our oil furnace and the replacement was better than the builder's original installation/set-up in many ways. His work is neat, covers all the details, and is always very clean. I would highly recommend him for all types of plumbing, heating and cooling work.

If you need some one totally reliable and knows what he is doing, Luke the owner of Lakeside is the one to call. Our air conditioner broke in the middle of the heat wave we had this summer, I called Luke and he was there with in two hours just like he said he would be. We found that the blade of the central air was torn off. Luke called the supplier and was told that the part would not be in stock for a week. Luke attached the broken blade so we could at least have air until the part was available. I would highly recommend Lakeside to any one who has plumbing, heating or cooling problems . Luke was professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He did not take advantage of the fact that I was a women and had no clue what was wrong.

this guy know his stuff plumbing and heating.why cause i had him do both with flying colors he fix and replace some plumbing issues and did a nice and neat job then came the new furnace icouldnt believe how cool it went .if your looking for a pro this man your guy .

For the first time ever I had a service guy who I didn't feel was trying to sell me something I didn't need, or overcharging me. Being a single mom there are not too many times I feel comfortable with hiring someone to work on something in my home that I know nothing about. Luke was great, friendly and I didn't worry about having him working in or on my home. The price was really affordable too..and quick! Didn't leave my home looking like a construction site , the work was so neat! If you ever had reservations about making the right choice or not with which company to go with...your search is over. Lakeside is the best out there, old fashioned service with new fangled technology.
