DON'T BUY A PROPERTY HERE! The residents who are in control are an evil, mean group. I have seen numerous nice folks (new homeowners, with lots of people and political skills) try to get involved to make changes to the community to no avail. Most everyone who lives here wants the home prices to go up so they can sell their property and move!
