Do not waste your money on this company. They charge you hundreds of dollars for a service contract and then do not honor them contract when you have an emergency. They claim 24/7 365 day service but then don't follow through. I was told I would have a service tech at my house in about 3 hours and after 4 hours a tech called to say he wasn't coming and didn't even know how to work on my boiler! If you don't know how to work on my boiler why did you take my money for a service agreement? Do not use this company!
