Very poor service, no personal attention to any questions this "agent" has his office personnel handle his tasks and make his calls. They cannot answer any questions or handle anything without speaking with Mr. Knox who is very condescending and rude especially towards women. My wife and I had been with Allstate for over 20 years, no longer. We have moved all of our policies. Very unprofessional.
