Provided by YPmobileThis apartment complex has HORRIBLE customer service! When contacting the office, the entire staff is very nice-nasty and condescending.
They make sure that they are paid on time, but take FOREVER to make repairs when called, if repaired at all.
The rent is too expensive for the amount of disregard received from the staff at Riverchase Landing, not to mention, outdated units.
