Provided by YP.comI have been a contract customer with On Time for several years. I purchased a furnace and air conditioning unit from them and was satisfied with their service. I don't know whether or not they've changed ownership, but this last year I've been very disappointed with their service. They do not call to schedule the annual check ups. I've had to chase them down and schedule out several weeks out. Most important, when I called to get a quote to replace another air conditioning unit, they quoted me over $1000 more for exact same unit that I bought 2 years ago. In calling around for other quotes, On Time's quote has been a minimum of $500 higher than others, and this is for the "deal" they supposedly give their contract customers. They lost a good customer in me, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know that the On Time of two years ago is not the On Time of today.

Eight years later, I joined him as an apprentice electrician. For almost four decades, we focused primarily on residential service and repair and new home construction. In 2014, we began a heating and cooling division. That same year, we moved to our existing location on Old Rocky Ridge Road in Hoover, not far from Lakeside Baptist Church. When my father started the business, we were primarily involved in commercial and residential electrical service and new home construction. We have worked in thousands of homes and on thousands of commercial projects in Jefferson and Shelby Counties.
