I had a leak and had to shut my water off. When other plumbers were too busy to come out for at least another day or two, Jay made the time and was able to come later that night even though he was super busy. It turned into a good size project (slab leak) but Jay always kept me up-to-date and clearly explained everything. He showed up when he said he would, returned my calls and texts, and was very personable. Overall did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be calling him if I have additional plumbing needs.
