Troy saved our day and gave my family piece of mind after a piercing-gone-wrong during our West Coast Spring Break. My daughter's second lobe piercing had become infected when the back post was imbedded in her ear. It was swollen, red, and hurting. I found R'Salon in Prattville on the web, read Troy's experience and sent him a picture of her ear. He told me to bring her in that day and he would make time for us. Sure enough, he did just that. But the professionalism, compassion and humor made the experience actually enjoyable despite our grim situation.

You see, her ear had been actually pierced with posts made for lip piercings and Troy had to somehow get this piece of metal out. He talked my 13 year old and me through the process and kept the mood light. The relief my daughter (and I) felt after the appointment is hard to explain. We could not thank Troy enough for his time and talent. It didn't end there. He actually made a quick call to follow up on her condition and told us he was available if we had any questions or concerns.

What impressed me even more is Troy is writing a letter for me to send to the "reputable" piercing shop in L.A. to let them know the result of their piercings. He doesn't want this to happen to anyone else.

Troy cares and can be trusted, I would highly recommend him. He and his wife, Linda, are great people and I am thankful to have such genuine individuals in our community!

After calling around to several places to get my daughters cartilages pierced, we chose R'Salon. They were amazing explaining everything over the phone and even more amazing when we got there. Troy, took the time to explain the process to me and my daughter and took the time to answer any questions we had. It wasn't a rush in and out thing. He works with care and compassion and pays great attention to detail. They are absolutely amazing!! They didn't just treat us as a customer they treated us as family.
