My well pump failed during murderously cold weather. Smith pump came when called and replaced the pump when the temperature was single digits. The service person was knowledgeable, uncomplaining, competent, polite and gave me suggestions as to how to improve my water quality. This service company could not be better. I know who I'll call next time I need any well service. I highly recommend them.

We had our system upgraded by Smith Pump 6 years ago and have been very pleased with the installation quality and performance. A corroded electrical line shut down our water on a Saturday night and 10 minutes after calling in for service we received a call-back from their tech. He showed up on time early Sunday morning and was all professional and smiles while doing his work outside in single digit temperatures! We cant say enough about their service and professionalism. Dont look anywhere else, these are the guys you want.

I contacted this company from the phone book and chose them above all the other well company ads based solely on their quote "Goodwill is the only asset that competition can neither undersell nor destroy" (they lived up to it) I have to say that I was very impressed with their prompt response, even on the weekend. We found Smith Pump from our builder and have used their services when needed for the past 25 years, and they have always been extremely professional, responsive, and fairy priced. Our recent problem was over a weekend, and Andy the technician arrived when he stated that he would, quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it immediately. We were very pleased with his service and hard work getting us up and running with very little inconvenience. We were happy with the quality of work and the final price. We highly recommend Smith Pump.

Smith technicians came out on time to repair a problem with a rusted pipe. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up completely. Final price was as estimated and was significantly less than other estimates which weren't fixed. Good folks, good service.

Fantastic, Friendly and Fast Service! Highest quality and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Smith Pump and will definitely call them again if anything else arises. We have a geo-thermal system, they came out the next day, found and fixed the problem. But they did not leave it at that, they checked the system from top to bottom to make sure there were not any more issues. No hassles. Smith pump even checked back to see if everything was running correctly. Definitely was a pleasurable experience.
