The very first time I entered this bank I was greeted with what seemed to be a very unhappy teller she did not smile or even make eye contact with me, it seemed like it was all she could do to say hello. This was how it was each and every time I entered this bank, unfortunately for me she seemed to always be the teller on duty. I feel I am treated poorly at this bank because I am not a member of this bank but only do shared banking services. I am a member of Granite State Credit Union but I use Heritage Family Credit Union because it is a convenient location for me but more times than not the teller makes an excuse as to why she could not make my requested deposits telling me my credit union must have a problem. I would then call my bank and they stated there were no problems. I tried making a deposit yesterday and again was greeted with the same unhappy unprofessional teller, once again she stated my bank was down and suggested I go to my credit union to do my banking. I was frustrated and told her they are all credit unions and I should be able to use their shared banking. I stated I have this problem almost every time I come into this bank then I walked out, as I was walking to my car the manager of the bank ran out after me which I found to be odd. He said it was not there fault if my bank had a problem. I then explained to him this seems to happen quite often at his bank. I also told him I did not like the way the teller treats me every time I go into bank I stated I felt she lacked customer service skills and has a rude demeanor. He then told me that they all had great customer service skills and if I didn't agree I should bank somewhere else. Mind you this conversation took place in their parking lot. How unprofessional. I will never enter or recommend this bank to anyone again.
