Once they have your money they could care less about your satisfaction!!!!!!

I WOULD GIVE LESS THAN ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Terrible store and no service after the sale. They WILL NOT let you talk to anyone who can answer your call and WILL NOT call you back if you leave a message.



After dropping $4,000 on a new pellet stove, a week later it breaks down because of a melted vacuum hose that was installed incorrectly. I had to diagnose the problem for them before they would send someone out. A few weeks later the stove wouldn't start because of a bum auger motor and they tell me that it'll be at least two weeks until they can come out "to take a look at it". All this with a BRAND NEW stove. SO MUCH FOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.
