I am a 36yr old female and have had weight issues since my teens. I have a petite frame and my height is 5'4". On my 34th birthday I was in the hospital with chest pains and weighing in at 310lbs. The Doctors told me to loose the weight or loose my life. I researched and visited every fitness equipment dealer in New England. I finally came across fittrax, and met Mr Kevin Francis. He spent the entire day with me and showed me every piece of equipment. He explained how to use all the various pieces of equipment and what not. He told me how long I should work out for and what I should eat. He knew I meant business and wanted me to reach my goal of loosing weight. With the help of diet and exercise I am at 185 lbs. I would have to say I owe my life to him and I truly mean that. Thank you Fittrax Fitness. And Kevin you are my hero and my light of inspiration, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I just bought a treadmill from this place last week. My sister told me about this place after she got an Arc Trainer from them last year. Very happy!

I heard about these guys from a friend here at work and gave them a call to fix my old cheap treadmill. I called a few places and no one would help me, but Fittrax came out. I couldn't afford to but a new treadmill right now so I had them fix the one I have. It was so old, parts where not available for it anymore. But these guys went above and beyond to help me. They "made me" the part I needed and saved me a ton of money! I would tell anyone how honest and great these guys are. When this old treadmill dies again I am for sure going back to Fittrax to buy a new one. Thanks Fittrax!

I love my new elliptical! I was really happy with the knowlegable sales person that I dealt with. I am very picky and I had a lot of questions. He was very patient and took the time to work with me to find exactly what I wanted. I was also very happy that they service their own equipment. The equipment I had before had trouble and I couldn't get the company I bought it from to help me and the manufacturer gave me the run around also. This is a big plus in my book!

I have also been looking for a treadmill. I have looked all over myself looking for the right one with a great price. I had seen the commercial and thought i would try them out. When i got to the store i was very suprised by the people there. They where so one on one with me and explained so much about what i needed to now on what i was looking for.They had a very large show room with everything I needed and more. The workers there where so friendly and knowledgable. I left there so happy and ready to start my work out. The service of delivery was on time, the delivery men where so good and quick. I would recommend this place to anyone of my friends.

I just had to drop a note here to say this place is great! I had been looking everywhere for a really good treadmill and I had been everywhere before I found Fittrax. I had been to a few of the sporting goods stores and a few exercise stores in Salem, NH. Then a co-worker told me about Fittrax and WOW, these guys really know there stuff and have the best equipment around. Save yourself the wasted time (like I did) and go to Fittrax if you are looking for the best service and equipment.

These guys really have some of the best equipment around, I did a lot of research and shopped around a lot, but still kept coming back to Fittrax. My wife and I made our purchase at Fittrax and we are very happy we did.

Anyone can sell you equipment, Fittrax educated me first. By answering all of my questions they enabled me to make an informed purchase. Once purchased, the equipment was promptly and professionally installed by them. The trip to Manchester (even though I have places more local) was well worth it. Thank you Fittrax!

I just opened a small gym, and needed all new equipment I was not sure on what equipment would stand up to everyday use I also had a budget to meet.Kevin and his awesome staff really set me up.They came out to my facility 5 times to go over everything thing I needed for the gym.The quality of the equipment is outstanding and the price was unbeatable.
